The Signalling Connect service provides transit routing of Signalling System No. 7 (SS7) messages used for international mobile roaming (including SMS text messages).
You have two options for Signalling Connect:
- Signalling Transfer Point Service, where routing of the signalling messages is at Message Transfer Part (MTP) level, based on the international point code of the destination switch. TNZI doesn’t do any processing at Signalling Connection Control Part (SCCP) level. You provide your own translation of the Global Title to the Destination Point Code.
- Global Title Translation, where TNZI performs processing at SCCP level and provides Global Title Translation.
